Moments into the penultimate episode of Disclaimer, viewers finally start getting hints that many things are not as the series has angled them to seem. 

The fifth episode of AppleTV+’s Disclaimer was the first one that didn’t bounce back and forth between the past and the present, and it really brought the drudgery of the present-day storyline to light.
 

The third and fourth episodes of AppleTV+’s Disclaimer are a double dose of grief and sex. But mostly sex.
